At SootheBox, we want every experience — from checkout to unboxing — to feel calm, simple, and stress-free.
Below you’ll find all the details about how we deliver and how we handle returns if something isn’t quite right.

Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed by hand.
Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

UK Delivery Only

We currently deliver within the UK using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail or Evri.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days — £3.95

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days — £6.95

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

Packaging

Each SootheBox is beautifully packed using eco-friendly and recyclable materials.
If your order is a gift, you can include a personalised message at checkout — we’ll print it on a calming note card and include it in the box.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you’ll love your SootheBox as much as we loved creating it,but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The box is in resellable condition.

To start a return, please email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply within 2 working days with return instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of delivery at admin@soothebox.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or edible items

  • Custom or personalised boxes

If you’re unsure, please contact us before returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
We’ll send a confirmation email once it’s complete.
